Olga Aikin CBE LLB Chartered FCIPD

Having graduated with a first class honours degree in Law from the London School of Economics and qualified as a barrister Olga then participated in the Sloan Fellowship Programme of the London Business School. For several years she taught at the LSE and the London Business School. Olga is Legal Adviser to the Work Foundation and was a member of ACAS Council 1982 - 1995 and a member of the IPD National Committee for Employee Relations from 1986 - 1992. She has a unique reputation for combining legal application with the sound knowledge of UK and EU law. She writes regularly for People Management and other legal and management journals and appears on TV and speaks on radio on subjects related to employment law. She has written several books and was Series Editor for the IPD's Law and Employment series. Olga has contributed to the section on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures for Ask Gee. She also contributes to Lexis Nexis Butterworth’s Xpert HR

After Michael graduated from the Royal College of Art he set up his own design business, lectured on design, and taught at the London Business School on business image for the New Enterprise Programme. As a long established designer working with individuals and companies, Michael has built a reputation in the commercial world for providing design solutions for clients. He has also worked with companies in restructuring and reorganising their working operations. He created the identity for Aikin Driver and as Managing Director is also responsible for the running of Aikin Driver. He also conceived VIDEOLAW to produce specialised training videos for the Partnership and its clients.

started his career in the army where he was the Officer responsible for Management and Leadership Training at the Army Air Corps Centre. He subsequently qualified, with a distinction, as a solicitor. In private practice he specialised in employment law and moved into human resource management becoming the Operations Director of a Human Resource Consultancy.

Sue Morris Chartered FCIPD MIM

Sue has considerable experience in both training and personnel. Before moving into consultancy Sue was Personnel and Training Controller for United and Friendly Insurance plc. She specialises in support strategies on employment issues in areas including employment tribunals and individual or collective changes to terms and conditions.

John has many years experience in human resources with major companies, culminating in the position of HR Director for the Beazer Kier Group. He now consults on employment issues across the public and private sector and specialises in employment tribunals.
